Absolutely! Our knowledgeable staff is always available to help you choose the perfect cigar. Whether you’re new to cigars or a seasoned aficionado, we can provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences and taste profile.

How quickly will my order ship?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We also take great care in packaging your cigars to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your cigars. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the cigars or offering a refund, depending on the situation.

How do I properly store my cigars at home?

To maintain the quality and freshness of your cigars, we recommend storing them in a humidor. A humidor is designed to keep cigars at the ideal humidity level, usually between 65-70%. This prevents the cigars from drying out or becoming too moist, ensuring they maintain their flavor and integrity. If you don’t have a humidor, you can temporarily store your cigars in their original packaging in a cool, dark place.

Do you offer international shipping?

Even though we primarily ship within the United States, we ship internationally too. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please contact our customer service team to inquire about availability and shipping rates. We strive to accommodate our customers wherever possible.
